Grace in Virginia, Visits Owl Creek, 1/29/2017

Grace Left Creswell, NC the morning of Jan 23 flying north. She crossed into Virginia Beach about 4:00pm Jan 24 (GREEN). She then continued north flying to Owl(s) Creek at the Virginia Aquarium and US Navy property  where she stayed from Jan 25 about noon (YELLOW pointer) until Jan 26 between 9:00 and 10:00am (BLUE). From there she flew to First Landing State Park (ORANGE) and Fort Story. She then flew to Mason Creek in Norfolk (PURPLE) at 3:00pm Jan 28. As of this satellite map Grace is back at Poquoson, VA where she has been many times РWHITE arrow Jan 29 at 9:00am. Click on maps to enlarge.

Grace Returns to Catfish – Now Creswell, NC Jan 22, 2017

Sure ‘nuf!!! Grace was indeed on her way back to the catfish ponds in Washington County, NC. She overnighted on The North River (YELLOW arrow) then continued southwest crossing the Pasquotank River (PINK), Perquimans River (GREEN), and arrived at the NC Tidewater Agriculture Research Station and private catfish ponds by 9:00am Jan 16 (YELLOW pointer). After a couple days there she has flown east and as of this satellite map Grace is near Creswell, NC (WHITE arrow) where she has visited before. Click on maps to enlarge.

Grace Returns to North Carolina Jan 13 2017

Grace spent most of the past week along the North Landing River in Virginia Beach. At 2:00pm Jan 13 she crossed back into North Carolina near Moyock. As of this map Grace is near Shawboro, NC on the very narrow North River WHITE arrow Jan 13 at 8:00pm, the boundry between Currituck and Camden counties. Click on maps to enlarge.

Grace Returns to Virginia Beach Jan 8, 2017

Grace stayed in the area of Big Bethel in Newport News and York County from Jan 1 to Jan 6, when she flew to Isle of Weight then across Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake and into southern Virginia Beach. As of this satellite map Grace is south of Horn Point Road in Virginia Beach – WHITE arrow Jan 8 at 3:00pm.

Grace at Bethel Landfill Newport News Jan 1, 2017

Grace did a lot of touring this past week visiting Langley Air Force Base (ORANGE), Yorktown (PURPLE), Grandview Nature Preserve (YELLOW), Goodwin Islands (PINK), but spent most of her time on Chisman Creek (GREEN and BLUE). As of this satellite map Grace has just arrived at the Bethel Landfill off I-64 in Newport News at 2:00pm an Jan 1, 2017 (WHITE arrow). Click on maps to enlarge.
